💪Preacher Curls the Home Workout Edition...
All you need is a set of dumbbells!
1. Sit back into a deep squat holding a dumbbell in each hand.
2. Place an arm on each knee, palms up.
3. Make sure your shoulders are not shrugged.
4. Bending at the elbow curl the weight, same as traditional preacher curls.
5. Extend back down and repeat!
