If you've never used the landmine setup at your gym, you are not alone. It's one of the most underrated pieces of equipment that can be found at the gym and consists of a landmine post and a straight barbell.
Check out Steve in the video below using it for Standing Oblique Rotations which work to strengthen the oblique muscles. Don't stop there though, there are TONS of exercises you can do, like rows and squats and more.
The best thing about landmine exercises is that they are very adaptable to working around injuries and fatigued muscles. One example of this is if you are experiencing pain when lifting overhead, using the landmine setup can change the angle of a press making it possible to continue to build strength💪.
